Jackson Square Open House

Jackson Square will be hosting a open house with live jazz & food on September 18th 5-8 pm. This is a great way for the community to come out and meet the New and existing businesses in the square. New to Jackson Square are The Gnarly Vine Wine Bar, Rhonda G. accessories boutique, and Peppertree Realty and ofcourse Mimi's Garden. There is also a great children's store, Wee Little Sprouts and Le Bistro Restaurant upstairs.We are looking forward to the event and meet all of you so please come in and say hello!

Before & Afters

I've been watching HGTV for the last couple hours on this lazy Sunday evening so I thought it would be fun to give you a glimps of our store space before we started. This really shows all the hardwork and talent that went into creating a store in a very short amount of time. Check out these before shots and how the store looks now.

Air Plants have arrived

I forgot to mention we just recieved a large shipment of BEAUTIFUL AIR PLANTS!! They are blooming, healthy and look great. We are selling out very quick. These also make a unique gift and we are able to ship them no problem because they can go without water for days.

New this week at Mimi's!

We have two great new lines, one local artist, and lots of beautiful plants starting at just $3.00 that have arrived at Mimi's Garden this week. We are thrilled to now carry Woodstock Wind chimes, know all over the world for there quality and sound.

Arriving just today are Boony Doon Farms amazing pure and fragrant soaps. They are America's Orginal Fine English Lavender Farm. They use only the finest ingredents including organic olive oil, coconut oil, goats milk and rose. Yummy! We are very excited to have this great product apart of our store.

Here is there Mission statement:

We commenced business in 1972 becoming America's Original Fine English Lavender Estate. Both of us come from a background of family farmers and gardeners. We planted every original plant and tree ourselves after building the Farm to traditional standards. A true labor of love on our fine agricultural land hidden within a beautiful forest that was eventually to become the Bonny Doon State Nature Preserve. We respect what has been given to us and still pinch ourselves at such good fortune.

Three varieties of lavender are grown including our very own cultivar "Frieda" named after Diane's Mom who was our greatest inspiration. We've gone on to produce many products from other pure botanicals found around the world

We do not subscribe to the accepted business model of profit ahead of quality. Be assured that every product from the Farm is guaranteed to please and to deliver true value without compromise. This is our pledge.

We are also pleased to be adding well known and respected local artist Scott Thom's artwork in our shop.

We are looking forward to the start of Fall and our first holiday season. In the months ahead please be sure to shop locally in Fallbrook, support small boutique stores as we have alot to offer you. We promise to bring you fine products and gifts that are eco friendly and affordable. Merchandise that you will find in the trendest stores from Carlsbad to Del Mar, but locally and at better prices, with out the drive. Lastly we promise to offer you a lovely shopping experience with friendly happy sales people in the charming garden setting of Jackson Square.

Opening This Friday.

Mimi's Garden & Gifts is opening this Friday July 30th during Fallbrooks Hot Summer Nights- Taste of Fallbrook Event. Please be sure to stop by, say hello and check out the new exciting product. Lots of plants, succulents, pots, great candles and diffusers, french soaps and tons of unique home decor. Saturday we will be open from 10 am-9pm. We would love to see you!
